"Less than 10 minutes from the initial call and I had a quote, paperwork sent to me, and autopay links already being worked on. Katie and the rest of the team here carefully explained the different options for coverage, and didn’t pressure me one way or the other. "Insurance renewal is always a frustrating time of year. At my previous insurer, I was paying around $250 a month—just for living in the city! While building a quote online with State Farm, I decided (somewhat reluctantly-I’m not usually a fan of calling insurance offices) to call Liz Sherstad’s office. I’m really glad I did. I got connected with Victoria, and right from the start she was helpful, clear, and easy to talk to. She walked me through my quote and ended up saving me so much money that I now have three policies with State Farm—and I’m still paying less than $200 a month. On top of that, my coverage is even slightly better than what I had before. Bottom line: everyone wants to save money and get good value from their insurance. Victoria made that possible, and I’d absolutely recommend giving her a call."
