Originally from Pennsylvania, Liz Sherstad attended Widener University, where she earned a degree in Hospitality Management. That background continues to shape the way she serves customers today. After starting her career in the hospitality industry, Liz wanted a new way to help people and make a difference in their lives. Five years later, she and her team are still doing what they love. With a focus on bringing a concierge-style experience to insurance, Liz believes in treating customers like guests, following the golden rule, and leading with kindness.

Community involvement remains important to Liz. She is a member of her children's school PTO and enjoys supporting family-focused organizations throughout Baltimore and Locust Point. Outside the office, Liz is a proud wife and mom to her two sons, Declan and Rhys, who keep her busy cheering from the sidelines at youth sporting events. She also enjoys reading, discovering new restaurants, and cheering on both Baltimore and Philadelphia sports teams. A self-proclaimed overachiever, Liz is always looking for ways to simplify the insurance experience and provide exceptional service to the people and families she serves.
